This amazing 6-day Tanzania safari takes you to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, and Serengeti National Park. You will also visit the Ngorongoro Crater. This safari aims to create the most comfortable holiday experience taking you to explore the best locations in Tanzania, including the annual migration crossing and Ngorongoro Crater. Day 1 : Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel and start a safari from Arusha to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park is famous for its dense wildlife population, which is most spectacular between June and September, the dry period. During this time thousands of animals- wildebeests, buffalos, and oryx migrate from the dry Maasai steeple to the Tarangire River looking for water. Lions, leopards, and other predators follow the herds. Tarangire is home to over 500 varieties of birds. You will have lunch then take a late afternoon game viewing and drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Sangaiwe Tented Lodge.

Day 2 : Tarangire National Park - Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, you will check out and drive westward, descending into the Serengeti Plains. “Serengeti” derives from the Maasai word 'siringet' meaning "an extended area". These endless rolling plains give these grasslands a timeless romantic beauty. The principal features of the Serengeti are its stunning wildlife populations and the annual spectacle of the migration of millions of wildebeest and other grazers in pursuit of water. You will make a stop at the Olduvai Gorge where Mary Leakey discovered an early hominid fossil nicknamed Zinja that dates back some 1.8 million years. This discovery and later the uncovering of a set of hominid footprints dated 3.6 million years old changed the way scientists thought about human evolution. After a picnic lunch, you will continue to central Serengeti where you will check in at the Intimate Places Tented Camp, have dinner, and settle in for the night.

Day 4 Serengeti National Park to Lake Ndutu

Early in the morning after breakfast you will leave the lodge in Serengeti. Then, you will drive to Lake Ndutu with a game en route to explore the Great Migration in the southern Serengeti which is the Ndutu Area. In the afternoon, you will stop at the bush for lunch. After lunch, you will continue the evening game drive until sunset time then you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Ndutu Intimate Tented Camp.

Day 5 Lake Ndutu to Ngorongoro Crater Rim

After breakfast, you will depart from Lake Ndutu to Ngorongoro Crater Rim. You will wake up for early morning game drives in Ndutu then head back to the lodge for lunch. You will then check out and drive with lunch and game viewing en route to Ngorongoro Crater rim for dinner and an overnight stay.

- Main destination : Ndutu (Southern Serengeti)

- Accommodation : Rhino Lodge, Mid-range lodge located on the crater rim of Ngorongoro Crater

Day 6 Crater to Arusha

You will wake up early in the morning for breakfast and then descend into the crater floor for game drives. All the Big Five (rhino, lion, buffalo, and elephant) live in this wonderful caldera. Others that live here are zebras, hippos, wildebeests, hyenas, and more. Birds include flamingos on the Soda Lake, geese, storks, vultures, and more. Your lunch will be served at the picnic site in the Crater at Ngoitoktok Swamp, a Hippo pool. After lunch, you will drive back to Arusha.
