Tanzania Safari Budget. This safari takes you to Lake Manyara for a whole day, almost and 1 whole crater tour in Ngorongoro. The safari takes you around the best places in Tanzania, visiting places such as Lake Manyara which is famous for its tree climbing lion It is also well known for its rich variety of bird life in both the forest and along the lake shore. The name Manyara comes from the Masai word for the plant euphorbia tirucalli which they use to build their livestock stockades.

Pick up from airport or hotel in Arusha, drive for about 2 hours to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its green scenery, varied bird life, tree-climbing lions, hippos and baboons. Dinner and overnight will take place on top of the Great Rift Valley, overlooking Lake Manyara. Dinner and overnight at Octagon Lodge.

A full day in the Ngorongoro Crater. There is a very high possibility of spotting the big 5 in one day: lion, rhino, elephant, buffalo and leopard. Lunch will take place at the picnic site at the crater floor. In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha or drop off at the airport.
