Visit Africa is a one-stop African tourism platform that offers various services to help users explore the beauty of Africa. Users can book various tours, accommodations, and activities through Visit Africa’s website or mobile application.

To make a booking, users must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Once a booking request is submitted, the user will receive a confirmation email with the details of their booking. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, and all prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Users may cancel their booking by contacting Visit Africa at least 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival date. If a user cancels their booking less than 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of their booking. If a user cancels their booking less than 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival date, they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total cost of their booking. No refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures. Visit Africa reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time, in which case a full refund will be given.

Visit Africa does not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings or for any injury or illness sustained during a user’s visit. Visit Africa reserves the right to alter or cancel any itinerary, without notice, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control. Visit Africa is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party providers, such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa where Visit Africa is located. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration organization. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and Visit Africa and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

 

Bookings

a. All bookings made through Visit Africa are subject to availability.

b. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

c. Once you have submitted your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. d. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Visit Africa.

Payment

a. Visit Africa accepts payment through various methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

b. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

c. All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
